Jacob L. Snow



Jacob Snow has spent three decades in high-level leadership positions in southern Nevada, the western United States and at the national level. He is a celebrated leader in the transportation industry, having served in executive roles in aviation and in the surface transportation industry.

Jacob spent more than a decade in executive leadership at McCarran International Airport, planning for and building infrastructure at one of the largest and fastest growing airports in the world. He spent more than a decade as general manager of the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada where he transformed the region’s transportation system. As general manager, he oversaw the planning, funding, development and operation of billions of dollars in streets, highways, rapid transit, and multimodal transportation systems.

He most recently served as the City Manager for Henderson, Nevada, the second largest city in the state of Nevada. There he helped the City to balance the budget for the first time in seven years. 

Jacob graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Geography from Brigham Young University (BYU) in 1997.  He then completed a master’s degree in Geography and Urban Planning from BYU in 2001.
